Third-Party Toolchain	Description
GNU tools for Arm Embedded Processors	To compile and assemble code for Arm Cortex-M microcontrollers using the GNU toolchain, and to debug code for Arm embedded processors. Follow the hardware setup workflow to download and install.
RA Smart Configurator	To configure peripherals, assign pins, and generate initialization code for Renesas RA microcontrollers using a graphical interface. Follow the hardware setup window to download and install.
Renesas Flash Programmer	To program and debug firmware onto Renesas microcontrollers for flash memory operations. Follow the Hardware Setup window to download and install.
