Class for evaluating point-by-point models and calculating prediction error variance (PEV)

Description

Use these object functions to evaluate point-by-point models and calculate prediction error variance (PEV).

If you convert an mbcmodel.localresponse object using Export and you have not created a two-stage model (hierarchical response object), then the output is an mbcPointByPointModel object. Point-by-point models are created from a collection of local models for different operating points.
