Number of bits: float
Bit length of C float data type for test hardware
Model Configuration Pane: Hardware Implementation
Description
The Number of bits: float parameter
specifies the bit length of the C
float data type for the
hardware that you use to test code.
This parameter is read only. The bit length for float data is always
32.
Settings
32The bit length for float data is always 32.
Recommended Settings
| Application | Setting |
|---|---|
| Debugging | No impact |
| Traceability | No impact |
| Efficiency | No impact |
| Safety precaution | No impact when Test hardware is the same as production hardware is selected. If it is not selected, no recommendation. |
