Description

The WiFi encryption of the network you connect to.

Dependencies

To enable this option, set the Hardware board to one of the following:

  • Arduino Due

  • Arduino Leonardo

  • Arduino MKR WiFi 1010

  • Arduino MKR1000

  • Arduino Mega 2560

  • Arduino Mega ADK

  • Arduino Nano 33 IoT

  • Arduino Nano RP2040 Connect

  • Arduino Uno

  • Arduino Uno R4 WiFi

  • ESP32-WROOM (Arduino Compatible)

  • ESP32-WROVER (Arduino Compatible)

Settings

None (default) | WPA encryption | WPA2 enterprise
None

Network is not WiFi encrypted.

WPA encryption

Network uses WPA WiFi encryption.

WPA2 enterprise

Network uses WEP WiFi encryption.

Note

To enable this option, set Hardware board to ESP32-WROOM (Arduino Compatible).
