Navigate to the folder that contains the file that you want to check for code generation readiness.

At the MATLAB^® command prompt, enter:

coder.screener('filename')

The Code Generation Readiness tool opens for the file named filename, provides a code generation readiness score, and lists issues that must be fixed prior to code generation.

In the current folder browser, right-click the file that you want to check for code generation readiness.

From the context menu, select Check Code Generation Readiness.
