Syntax

id = getID(check_obj)

Description

id = getID(check_obj) returns the unique identifier id of the check accessed by the check_obj object.

This example shows how to obtain the unique identifier of a Model Advisor check object.

Create a Model Advisor check object.

checkobj_1 = ModelAdvisor.Check('com.mathworks.myUniqueCheck');

Get the unique identifier of the check.

id = getID(checkobj_1)
id =
 'com.mathworks.myUniqueCheck'

Output Arguments

Unique identifier of the check, returned as a character vector or string scalar.

Example: com.mathworks.sampleCheck
