Configure Display for VGA Playback
Every PC laptop or desktop machine supports standard VGA format (640x480). However, since Windows® 7, it is not listed in the default Windows Screen Resolution menu.
To enable VGA resolution in Windows 7:
Open the Display > Screen Resolution menu.
Click the Advanced settings link at the bottom-right.
On the Adapter tab, click List All Modes.
Select 640 by 480, True Color (32 bit), 60 Hertz from the list.
Press OK to save your changes and exit out of each menu.
To enable VGA resolution in Windows 10:
Open the Display Settings menu, then click Advanced display settings.
Click the Display adapter properties link at the bottom.
On the Adapter tab, click List All Modes.
Select 640 by 480, True Color (32 bit), 60 Hertz from the list.
Press OK to save your changes and exit out of each menu.
