HDL Coder Support Package for Xilinx FPGA and SoC Devices is not installed

Problem

When you open the HDL Coder™ HDL Workflow Advisor, you get the message that the HDL Coder Support Package for Xilinx® FPGA and SoC Devices is not installed.

Possible Solution

The HDL Coder Support Package for Xilinx FPGA and SoC Devices is required for FPGA targeting using HDL Workflow Advisor. Install this support package.

Embedded Coder Support Package for Xilinx Zynq Platform is not installed

Problem

When you target the ARM® processor with the workflow in the HDL Workflow Advisor, you get a message at Step 1.1 that says "Embedded Coder® Support Package for Xilinx Zynq® Platform is not installed. You must have that support package installed to run the "Generate Software Interface Model" task.

Possible Solution

To use external mode, or fully deploy your design to the board, install the Embedded Coder Support Package for Xilinx Zynq Platform. Otherwise, you can ignore this message.

Video Capture HDMI block is not resolved in software interface model

Problem

The Video Capture HDMI block icon in a software interface model shows a red error message saying it cannot find the Embedded Coder Support Package for Xilinx Zynq Platform.

Double-click the block for more information. Click the link in the block parameters window to go to the Add-Ons menu for installing the support package. There is also an install link in the warning message in the Diagnostic Viewer.

Possible Solution

To use this block, install Embedded Coder and the Embedded Coder Support Package for Xilinx Zynq Platform.

There was an error installing Product_Name

Problem

You selected (or had selected for you) multiple support packages or products during installation, and received the error message "There was an error installing Product_Name".

Possible Solution

Retry the install with only one support package selected at a time. You may need to delete old files from your SupportPackages install folder. Alternatively, start MATLAB® using Run as Administrator.
