Here is a shortcut to the most recent PDF documentation for MATLAB: https://www.mathworks.com/help/pdf_doc/matlab/index.html

To access the PDF documentation for MATLAB and other MathWorks products or toolboxes for various releases, do the following:

Go to the Help Center for the newest release: https://www.mathworks.com/help/, or select an older release from the Doc Archive: https://www.mathworks.com/help/doc-archives.html
In the left pane, select the required product. If you cannot see a product list, make sure that View By: Product List is selected at the top.
At the top right corner of the documentation page, there is a link to the PDF Documentation of the specific toolbox. This will give a listing of PDF documentation and User Guides available.

If you have active software maintenance (SMS), you can reach out to MathWorks Technical Support to request PDF documentation for releases of MATLAB that are older than 5 years: https://www.mathworks.com/support/contact_us.html
