Predefined parameters in Simulink? like in demo 'fuelsys' for 'Pumping Constant.

Dear all,
I would like to ask for help how to find predefined/prespecified parameters in Simulink? In the example 'fuelsys' in the block 'air caclulation' for the 2d lookup table 'Pumping Constant' there are parameters: press,pumpCon, SpeedVect. They must be predefined somewhere but I can not find where. If they would be defined in Pre-loadfcn callback, that would make sense for me, but there is nothing.
Could anywone tell where I can find those values? I know propably is very simple for most of you.

The have to be defined in either the base MATLAB workspace or else the model workspace.
