Probably the proper way would be to change the orientation in Creo and re-export it. Otherwise you can reorient the transforms that connect the parts of the model within the SimMechanics model itself.

I have a model of a bearing that was exported from Creo. When I open it in Simulink it's flat surfaces are aligned with the y-z plane and it's axis of rotation is about the x-axis. What is the best way to reorient the whole assembly so that the bearing sits on the x-y plane and rotates about the z-axis?
