How can i open a sequence of DICOM images by matlab and drow a ROIs on each image?

I have 320 dicom images all in folder named "SCAN4". I need to open all of these images by matlab (2015).
also I need to drow circular ROIs on each slice (same location in all slices) .Also I want to measure the mean value and standard deviation for each ROI and export the measurements to excel.
