MATLAB's installation files are the same between different License Offerings, except its license file. There are 4 other things to note:
- Toolboxes are not automatically bundled into MATLAB's installation files. If you switch the license that MATLAB is using and that license has additional toolboxes available, you will still need to install them.
- The installation process between different License Offerings may look different, with some License Offerings asking for a license file.
- If you plan to use a File Installation Key, it is recommended to generate and use the one from the license you plan to use. File Installation Keys from different License Offerings may not work.
- You may change the license that MATLAB is using post-installation by running the MathWorks Product Authorizer.
