- Ensure that the network connection between the uploader and the server is stable. Check that it is not dropping packets or unusually slow.
- Check that you are using the most recent release of Polyspace Access. New releases contain bug fixes and performance improvements, and remain compatible with uploads from older releases of Polyspace Bug Finder and Polyspace Code Prover.
- Stop the Docker service, vacuum the database, and restart the Docker service. During this time, attempts to upload to Polyspace Access will fail.
- We recommend having a deletion policy to control the size of the database if you do not already have one.

Uploading small results (<5MB) to Polyspace Access is taking as long as half an hour or even more, when it should be taking only a few minutes. According to client logs, the upload is stalling with the message:
Uploading Progress: 0% . In Queue. Upload will begin once other upload(s) complete...
Why is this happening?
