Show me a sign that says:Unable to locate 'mexopts.bat', and therefore cannot determine which compiler to use for simulation builds.

Use 'mex -setup' to select a supported compiler.

i dident install any compiler

Since mex requires a compiler, you must have one installed. You can find the list fairly easily by searching for 'supported compilers Matlab R2010a'.
