Matlab Silent Installation using MathWorks Account for TAH license

I'm wondering if there is a way to use silent installation of Matlab while still logging in to MathWorks account, and without using fileInstallationKey.
I'm trying to install Matlab licensed under TAH on a machine without GUI environment, and I'm having difficulties completing this step. I know that if I can interact with the installer via GUI, I can simply enter MathWorks account email and password to get all software components downloaded and subsequently installed/activated. I would like to perform this same sort of installation but without using GUI installer. Matlab silent installation with
install -username 'mathworks_email_address' -password 'mathworks_password'
seems to be my best bet, but ultimately I get an error stating that "When running the installer with an input file, you must provide a File Installation Key using the fileInstallationKey option." Is there anyway to get around this issue?

Note for readers: TAH is Total Academic Headcount, one of the several ways Mathworks allows institutional licenses to be managed.
