Well, to me it sounds like homework on quantum mechanics, so my suggestion is that you read the relevant chapter. In case you need matlab-functions to calculate solutions just go to the file exchange and search for schrodinger and you'll find a few submissions that seem useful:

Schrödinger-search-results

...but with all such tools you'll have to verify that they work properly.
