imdistline converting pixel measurement

Hello, I am using imdistline to measure temporarily how many pixels between two points as shown in the photo bellow. each pixel measure is 0.1 of a millimeter. is there a way to stick the measurement as a label ,on the plot after the number of pixels was multiplied by 0.1?

How permanent do you need it to be? You could print the content of the figure to an image file.
