my MATLAB license will expire in 08 days. Please contact your system administrator or MathWorks to renew this license.

You need to contact Mathworks Sales for that.

I suspect you might be a student using a course MOOC license such as for Coursera. If the course is still continuing then you need to contact the course administrators, for those kinds of license.

If you are using an Academic license that was created under a Total Headcount or Total Academic Headcount license, then your license administrator needs to make the renewal.

There is a possibility that you purchased an 8 month or 1 year license through a bookstore; if so then you should contact Mathworks Sales.
