I have a frequency plot and I want to add data cursor at 2kHz frequency and also at the point where magnitude = 0.15

I can do the same using data cursor mode present in the plot, but that is annoying and also I get 2.0001 kHz not exactly 2kHz. is there any way to add data cursor at exactly 2kHz.
