For example, 468 (3 digits) in the left end indicate state code which is item 1 likewise another number signifies other items I need to separate them all. The total item might be around 400. Please provide me the clear idea.

The problem is unclear. Are the data stored in excel or in a txt file? Are the state codes always 3 digits long (I see some 99999)? Are the state codes always followed by zeros? Do any state codes end in zero? Are you importing the data as strings (I see an occasional letter amid the digits)? Is your goal to import the data and then extract the states codes?
