Need an easy way or a shortcut to Move S-functions from MATLAB 6.5.0 to MATLAB 9.0 version?

Hi,

I have more than 70 S-functions written in MATLAB 6.5.0 and i would like to run this model in MATLAB 9.0 to generate the Auto-code, while doing so its throwing error saying "S-FunctionName Does not exist" but when manually again create similar S-funciton in MATLAB 9.0 it is not throwing this error. Please let me know an easy way or a shortcut to get my job done (converting S-functions from MATLAB 6.5.0 to MATLAB 9.0 version and then generate auto codeconverting S-functions from MATLAB 6.5.0 to MATLAB 9.0 version and then generate auto code).
