I'm going to tell a seminar on image processing in forensic science... I want to know whether any manipulation in done in an image... How to know what is there in the image with the help of size of the image (I mean whether it is a finger print or a shoe print)... How to compare accused finger print with database finger prints

MATLAB can do forensic image processing since it's a general purpose language, but you'll have to implement your own codes or download some FEX submissions for doing the image processing you want. If you search "MATLAB Forensic Imaging" on the search engines, you may come up with more websites.

I don't even know what it means to "tell a seminar". The grammar just doesn't sound right. You can tell a person about a seminar, or go to the seminar and tell all the people in the seminar something.
Possible alternatives may be
  1. you want to "take" a seminar (which is sounds like because it seems like you don't know anything about the subject yet), or
  2. you want to "Sell" a seminar (meaning you are an expert, and want to teach it to others in return for them paying you).
Either way, since it's not about MATLAB code and you didn't specify a question about specific code, there is nothing for me to answer.
