Finding the line of Symmetry of an object from an image, including a facial image.

I have a image of a persons face, how can I determine the code that can find the line of symmetry along that face?

This is needed for facial recogntion and being able to find facial disorders using matlab.

If anyone has a code they know and can explain please do let me know, would be very grateful. Thank you!
