Extracting variables out of ode45

I have a set of 10 differential equations of the following form
Uaep2aep1 = 1/((taep2/(2*kaep2)) + (taep1/(2*kaep1)));
Uenviraep1 = 1/((taep1/(2*kaep1)) + (1/henvir));
Qaep2aep1 = Uaep2aep1*Anet*(Taep2-Taep1);
Qenviraep1 = Uenviraep1*Anet*(Tenvir - Taep1);
EP1 = diff(Taep1,t) == (Qaep2aep1 + Qenviraep1) / (RHOaep1*Anet*taep1*Cpaep1)
Uaep3aep2 = 1/((taep3/(2*kaep3)) + (taep2/(2*kaep2)));
Uaep1aep2 = 1/((taep1/(2*kaep1)) + (taep2/(2*kaep2)));
Qaep3aep2 = Uaep3aep2*Anet*(Taep3-Taep2);
Qaep1aep2 = Uaep1aep2*Anet*(Taep1-Taep2);
Qresaep2 = ((id*A)^2)*((RESaep2*taep2)/Anet);
EP2 = diff(Taep2,t) == (Qaep3aep2 + Qaep1aep2 + Qresaep2) / (RHOaep2*Anet*taep2*Cpaep2)
................ so on
Now I have solved for the temperature profiles by converting ode to vector field and then using ode45 but i also need to find the value of variables such as Qaep2aep1, Qenviraep1 used in the above equations.
How do I get the profiles of such variables?
Kindly help.
