Login to a web and download new content every time

Hi All,
I need a code to login or read a web, and I have some folders in this page which contain some files to download and I need to download and save the new files every week, I have tried many ways but I was not able to make it automated, would you please help me in this case? thanks
  1. open a page like: http://google.com
  2. there are different folders in this page with names (like what I have attached)
  3. search into these folders
  4. download and save the files ( each files has url link, http://google.xxx)
  5. check the new updates
I am not sure wether its possible to do this or not... Thanks for help.
