How to deblur an image after gauss filter and image registration?

I need to do 3d image registration and I choose to do gauss filter to get better registration. However, how can I restore my image after image registration. I don't want to my images be blurred.

Use imregtform to perform the registration on the blurred images and to obtain the optimal tform. Then apply the tform to your original unblurred moving image.
