Saliency map image looks too brighter

1 次查看(过去 30 天)
I'm trying to reproduce the step that are explain in the article avaible on https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC4709039/. However, when I compute the saliency map and the meadian filter on the final image, I find some differences in particular the image that I obtain is brigther than the Fig. 8. Becuase of this, is highlighted not only the tumor.
In another article ("Automated 3D segmentation of brain tumor using visual saliency"), this problem is resolved replacing the background pixels, in each of the MR sequences, with the mean image intensity value. But also doing this operation the image that I obtain are brighter (attached here).
Could anyone suggest me how to proceed?
