Is there any way I can feed forward a 3D dataset into a neural network?

Error using nntraining.setup>setupPerWorker
Inputs X is not two-dimensional
I got the following error once I used the feedforwardnet and train functions. The size of my dataset are:
Input: 20x65x1658
Targets: 12x65x1658
Is there any way I can process these data in order to feed it forward to the Neural Network?

You could train the network to view the input as 20x65 with N=1658 channels, but it would probably be more practical to break the third dimension into smaller chunks and have fewer channels.
