How to convert force spectrum into force time history?

Hello friends,

I'm having a difficult time, as I'm unable to convert my Force Spectrum into Force time history.

I know that we've to do ifft, then once can obtain the force time history.

I"m new to matlab, thats why I'm stuck up, since last 3 days.

I'm attahching the data in excel sheet, if anyone can convert it into time history or can pass the Matlab code to me, it'll be a great help to me.

X-axis have fre(Hz)

Y-axis have kN^2/Hz

Kindly do the needful, as soon as possible, as I'm commited to someone.
