Airfoils importing data and 3d surface interpolation

In the attached image you can see what im trying to archieve, I have already tried some things but i cannot find a way to cleanly import the data (I used excel tables with data points) and especially a way to create a surface and therfore i havent even come to the interpolation part.
Any help would be greatly appreciated!

How is this different from the last question you asked, and I lready answered? Yes, you addded information, but the question is the same. If my answer was insufficient, then say so, and say why it was.
