problem in MEX SETUP

Hi, i saw alot of qustions and answer about this topic andi still dont succed do run my model. i did simple moudle in simulink with some blocks inculding MATLAB FUNCTIONS that inside this block i wrote code that active some wav file: but when i trying to compiler to C its say: " Unable to locate a C-compiler required by Stateflow and MATLAB Function blocks. Use 'mex -setup' to select a supported C-compiler. "
and i install alot of think stuff that required and its still say this sentence i install studio 10 8 AND SKD AND ITS SAY THAT HE DONE .......AND nothing work

ok i saw that i need to install :Microsoft Windows SDK for Windows 7 and .NET Framework 4 and when i install this it say that i cant install
A problem occurred while installing selected Windows SDK components.
Installation of the "Microsoft Windows SDK for Windows 7" product has reported the following error: Please refer to Samples\Setup\HTML\ConfigDetails.htm document for further information.
Please attempt to resolve the problem and then start Windows SDK setup again. If you continue to have problems with this issue, please visit the SDK team support page at http://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?LinkId=130245.
Click the View Log button to review the installation log. To exit, click Finish.

Hi man,
  1. don't panic ;)
  2. Take a look at the SDK install log (Clicke the View Log Button). Scroll down and start reading from the bottomm to the top to figure out what exactly failed. If you found that part, goggle for it
(In the case you are using Win7 SP 1: as a guess)
