MATLAB/SIMULINK Takeoff and Landing Models

I was wondering if there are any existing MATLAB/SIMULINK takeoff and landing models out there? I would like to simulate an aircraft taking off. I've been looking at some MATLAB/SIMULINK 6dof simulations but they all implement cruise condition only.

I haven't found anything useful in the File Exchange regarding takeoff and landing models.
