To access the downloads for your trial, you can access the License Center here:
To access the downloads:
1) Click on the Trial ID for your trial license
2) Click on the "Download Products" button that loads in the bottom pane

If you have MATLAB installed and need a new trial toolbox which you have not generated a trial for yet, consider obtaining the toolbox without ever leaving your MATLAB environment with the: Add-On Explorer
