[deep breath for dramatic purposes]
  1. A toaster toasts bread. That's the one thing it should do. That said, I already have a 40 year old toaster that works just fine, and will be working just fine long after I'm properly dead. Why would I want something that's actually less suited for its purpose?
  2. I suppose it's nice to have a hand in cleaning, but despite the perennial insistence of fraudsters, magic isn't real. No oversold stretch of the mundane cleaning gadgetry is going to have the breadth of capability that can be offered by an actual helping hand.
  3. I admit that my laziness limits my cooking to utter mediocrity. Something tells me that investing in an unaffordable vaporware cooking bot would be a lateral shift at best -- both in terms of output and time spent. That said, it doesn't take much time to wash a 600mL pyrex beaker.
  4. Yeah you can shoehorn some gesture recognition in an application where it solves literally nothing. If you have a hand free to wave at the stupid oven, you can just open the door. Good lord. I'm reminded of electric kilns with mechanical foot-operated doors. You've proposed a technological marvel that is actually less convenient than a series of levers.
  5. I object the least to this. I've slept on water beds before, but that was long before I developed vestibular problems. It seems like something I would have actually built 25 years ago, but today, I bet it would just make me feel sick or keep me in shallow sleep.
  6. Why would I look at myself in a mirror?
None of the above.

Would a mirror be shattered by what it cannot reflect?
I mean ... assuming no punches are thrown.
