Sorry, the interface for comments have deleted my first comment at posting the 2nd one. Here the first part again:
Please post a clear description of what your tool does. Currently a visitor of the FileExchange has to download a large set of functions, read some instructions and papers and run tests to understand, what the purpose is. And if it is not useful, the toolbox must be uninstalled. It is more efficient, if you provide the details directly: Which kind of problems are solved by your tool and who should download it? Thanks.

Addendum: Even the README.txt and the files in the Documentation folder do not reveal the purpose of this tool, but mainly the installation process, the authors and the related papers. Do I really have to read 19 papers before I can estimate, if these tools are related to my work in any way? This question will be trivial for an insider and expert, but all others need some clear explanations.
