Neuroscience Data Interface (NDI) and NDI Cloud provide comprehensive data infrastructure solutions for neuroscience and physiology research. NDI Cloud offers secure, scalable private cloud storage with searchable databases and local-cloud synchronization. The platform handles public data sharing through curation, metadata creation, and standardization, making datasets FAIR-compliant, discoverable, and citable. Built on the NDI API framework, it features RESTful access, standardized formats, version control, and workflow integration. Users engage with NDI Cloud software in MATLAB, either on the command line or with Windows^®. Our MATLAB client interacts with our cloud API. Currently, all user steps are in MATLAB.
