Student Competition: Code Generation Training, Code Generation with Simulink
From the series: Student Competition: Code Generation Training
Simulink® is a graphical programming environment that enables Model-Based Design. Simulink Coder™ allows you to generate and execute C/C++ code from Simulink models the way MATLAB Coder™ does for MATLAB® functions. You can extend these capabilities using Embedded Coder®, which helps optimize generated code for embedded systems.
The video begins with an overview of Embedded Coder and shows the high-level workflow involved with generating C/C++ code from Simulink. You will understand the different files generated and learn to navigate through the generated code. This will help you take this generated code into a different programming environment and integrate with other handwritten code, which will also be explained.
