Restore glass library to default settings

Add-On Required: This feature requires the Optical Design and Simulation Library for Image Processing Toolbox add-on.
restoreDefaultGlassLibrary restores the glass library to the
default settings. Subsequent calls to glassLibrary
return the default, initial state of the glass library.
