SBAS Navigation Data (RINEX v4)

For RINEX version 4 files, SBAS navigation data is organized by navigation message type. Each navigation message type may provide ephemeris data and system time offset parameters, depending on the message.

SBAS navigation messages are returned within the output structure data.SBAS and are grouped by navigation message type. SBAS navigation message time is referenced to GPS time.

This SBAS navigation message type is supported:

  • data.SBAS.SBAS — Satellite‑Based Augmentation System (SBAS) navigation messages.

The SBAS navigation message type includes these message categories:

  • Ephemeris navigation messages (EPH), which provide satellite orbit and clock parameters.

  • System time offset messages (STO), which provide parameters for transforming between time systems.
