Load the G-protein model.
sbioloadproject('gprotein.sbproj');
Select the kGd parameter.
kgd = sbioselect(m1,'Name','kGd');
Display the properties of the parameter.
get(kgd)
ans = struct with fields: ValueUnits: '' ConstantValue: 1 Constant: 1 Value: 0.1100 Units: '' BoundaryCondition: 0 Name: 'kGd' Parent: [1×1 SimBiology.Model] Notes: '' Tags: [0×1 string] Tag: '' Type: 'parameter' UserData: [] FullyQualifiedName: '[Heterotrimeric G Protein wt].kGd'
Change the values of multiple properties of the object.
set(kgd,'Constant',false,'Value',0.06)
Check the updated property values.
ans = struct with fields: ValueUnits: '' ConstantValue: 0 Constant: 0 Value: 0.0600 Units: '' BoundaryCondition: 0 Name: 'kGd' Parent: [1×1 SimBiology.Model] Notes: '' Tags: [0×1 string] Tag: '' Type: 'parameter' UserData: [] FullyQualifiedName: '[Heterotrimeric G Protein wt].kGd'
Update a common property of multiple objects.
set(m1.Parameters,'Constant',false)
Check the property values.
[m1.Parameters.Constant]
ans = 1×9 logical array 0 0 0 0 0 0 0 0 0
Object, specified as any SimBiology object or array of objects. You can use an array of objects to set the value of a common property.
