The Diagnostics > Connectivity pane of the Configuration Parameters dialog box includes parameters for detecting issues related to signal line connectivity.

To open the Configuration Parameters dialog box, in the Simulink® Toolstrip, on the Modeling tab, click Model Settings.

ParameterDescription

Signal label mismatch

Diagnostic action to take when signal has multiple names through propagation

Unconnected block input ports

Diagnostic action to take when block has unconnected input

Unconnected block output ports

Diagnostic action to take when block has unconnected output

Unconnected line

Diagnostic action to take when model has unconnected line or unmatched Goto or From block

Unspecified bus object at root Outport block

Diagnostic action to take when root Outport block of referenced model does not specify Simulink.Bus object for bus output

Element name mismatch

Diagnostic action to take when bus element name does not match corresponding Simulink.BusElement object name

Bus signal treated as vector

Diagnostic action to take when virtual bus is treated as vector

Non-bus signals treated as bus signals

Diagnostic action to take when nonbus signals are treated as buses

Repair bus selections

Diagnostic action to take when upstream bus hierarchy changes break selections

Context-dependent inputs

Diagnostic action to take when function-call subsystem can change its inputs
