wind turbine has 3 inputs, i have input in pitch angle, generator torque and wind speed. the generator feed back loop connection is not connect properly

Hey Raju,
Can you be a little more specific? Perhaps attach a pic of you block diagram? What specifically is the problem?
Regarding control of the pitch angle you simply need to determine which states are required for feedback (which of course depends on which state / output you wish to regulate ~ output feedback? state feedback?).
Have a quick look at the modes corresponding to this state (eigenvectors assocaited with this eigenvalue). The influence of the states can be seen in the magnitude of the eigenvector. This will highlight the states that need to be fed back to the controller to achieve adequate regulation/tracking.
If you have the control system tool box there are lots of demos available for the control design itself.
