the 'optimtool' setup problem

Hi,
im using Matlab student version

MATLAB Version: 8.1.0.604 (R2013a)
MATLAB License Number: STUDENT
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 8 Version 6.2 (Build 9200)
Java Version: Java 1.6.0_17-b04 with Sun Microsystems Inc. Java HotSpot(TM) Client VM mixed mode
------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
MATLAB Version 8.1 (R2013a)
Global Optimization Toolbox Version 3.2.3 (R2013a)
Neural Network Toolbox Version 8.0.1 (R2013a)
i have bought the global optimization toolbox. However whenever i write 'optimtool', this line is keep coming out.
Undefined function or variable 'optimtool'
Can anyone help me fix it?

I am a bit surprised that Optimization Toolbox does not show up as a toolbox in your version, nor Statistics Toolbox. Perhaps you need to reinstall.
