Need help with part b on number 11.9 I get the right answer, but I feel like my third dimension should be 2 and the fourth one should be 2 in the second part of variabl b. Here is my code...

load test_results
A=cat(4, test1year1, test2year1, test3year1, test1year2, test2year2, test3year2)
a=A(1,2,1,3)

b=[A(1,1,1,2),A(1,1,1,5)]

I attached data file for test results and a picture of the question. Any help will be greatly appreciated.

I added the data and picture as an answer... I believe the third dimension should be 2 and the fourth dimension should be 2 instead of 1 and 5, but I don't know how to concatenate it like that.
