i create GUI and add "Edit Text" to it i want( when i write in this Edit Text the char show ****** not string or number like password Edit Text)

I don't understand what you want to do in your comment to Sean, and I don't know what it has to do with your original question. Did you search the File Exchange for password or login and find several submissions like this: http://blogs.mathworks.com/pick/2007/10/05/masking-typed-passwords-with-asterisks/
