application detected a virus

I compile a gui, after I move them to another computer, the application detected a virus, I use avira antivirus, whether the cause?

method can work, but if you use it then all matlab files (raw files) that I used to be open so easily accessible, I want the files (m file / raw file) can not be accessed by others
