Download agent error: Unable to launch application

I just updated java and am trying to install Matlab 2013b on my Lenovo laptop. When I run the download agent I get the error message and details shown in the picture. After I click ok everything closes. Any ideas?

Edit: Solved. Follow the instructions on this page
http://www.java.com/en/download/help/java_blocked.xml
and enter "http://www.mathworks.com" on the exception site list.
Then run the download agent.
