Merging Hough Lines with (slight) slope variation

Is is possible to merge the houghlines together which are having a slight variation in the slope values for example of +/-5* together to form a single line? Please find the attachment to get a clear idea what I am talking about. The lines on the right hand side are segmented into 4 separate ones but all of those are having a variation of +/-5*(degree).
