How to find database that can be used in matlab?

Actually i want some datasets to train the neural network , it is available on UCI repository , but how to use them in matlab that i dont know.
can anybody tell me how can i get (use) them.
i want following datasets:
1) Breast cancer wisconsin,
2) iris
3) diabetes
if anybody have this data in .xls or .mat file then please give me

UCI? University of California at Irvine? Union Cycliste Internationale? Unified Control Image?
What sort of database is this? I rather suspect that you would be better off talking to the people that mantain this database, especially if it is a custom one.
